FACILITIES AT HIGH BARN THE KITCHEN Original l950s Aga converted to oil. Can be used for all cooking but if you prefer, use four plate built -in electric hob and eyelevel fan oven. Fridge with small freezer compartment. Dishwasher. Washing machine. Microwave. Well stocked with kitchen utensils including food processor, whisk, blender etc There is a freezer and second fridge in the second barn.
THE SITTING ROOM
Comfortably furnished with large sofa and armchairs. Wifi, television, DVD player, jigsaws, books and childrens’ books. THE BEDROOMS All bedrooms have high ceilings ; no need to duck. Master bedroom has King Size bed and ensuite bathroom (bath, shower over bath, basin, wc). Double bedroom with standard double bed. Twin bedded bedroom. Small fourth bedroom with two single beds. Second bathroom (bath, basin, wc). A collapsible cot in the master bedroom.

Twin bedroom Small room with single beds THE GAMES BARN The second barn is across the garden and consists of a large games room. It has a recently-replaced oak floor, a table-tennis table, and provides an ideal and safe place for children to get away from their parents (or vice versa). THE PARKING AREA The parking area is outside the garden wall. There is room for two estate-sized cars and one small car.
